Yup! Think Ana's coming out in her? LOL
Just a little too much celebrating, after landing a gig on a top 10 rated show?
This is going to sound just awful to say, but has anyone noticed the actor who plays Hurley looks as if he's put on more weight? His face looked fuller in this past episode. That is one constant criticism on Lost boards I read - Hurley would have lost weight by now. Laura joked, he's eating all the food in the bunker! But he did look to be heavier. Which again would be quite tempting, if you are pulling in a hefty salary, to dine out a lot, etc.
Another Lost related board comment we've read is the writers are concerned the actor who plays Walt is maturing too quickly, since in Lost time less than 2 months has gone by, correct? And in real life time - it's more like 16 months! I just hope they keep this actor - he's perfect as Walt. That is, if Walt is alive somewhere.

Laura reads lots of Lost board topics instead of doing her homework sometimes or coming to dinner when called. LOL She said it is a real concern about Walt, not sure where she read it though. With baby Aaron, they can keep recasting him but not Walt. With as wacky as this show is, they could just say he drank some mysterious water and aged more rapidly than the others? Just kidding....

Two 'Lost' Stars Charged With DUI
Friday December 2 10:05 AM ET
Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros, who star on ABC's "Lost," were arrested within 15 minutes of each other in Kailua for allegedly driving under the influence of an intoxicant.
Both failed field sobriety tests and were released Thursday on $500 bail each, police said. The actresses, who were in separate cars, were arrested after their vehicles were spotted weaving on Pali Highway, which connects Kailua and Honolulu, police said.
Watros, who portrays Libby on "Lost," was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Rodriguez, who plays Ana Lucia, was arrested at 12:20 a.m., according to police records. Rodriguez was booked under the name Mayte Michelle Rodriguez.
Calls placed by The Associated Press after business hours seeking comment from "Lost" spokesman Jeff Fordis weren't immediately returned.
Rodriguez, 27, and Watros, 37, were to appear at a driver's license revocation hearing at Kaneohe District Court on Dec. 29, police records showed.
Motorists arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant automatically have their driver's licenses revoked. They are given a temporary license that allows them to drive, but under several restrictions.

Okay Mary, I have a few minutes which is very rare these days so here goes.....
This might help too:
http://www.tv.com/lost/what-kate-did/ep ... mmary.html
- This ep opened with Jin and Sun waking up and leaving their tent in the morning. Question, when did they rig up tents - LOL! They looked so happy. Hurley came out his tent or shelter too and gave Jin the thumbs up sign.
- Sawyer was still sleeping, Jack asked Kate to sit with him.
- Lots of backstory on Kate again. The man she thought was her biological father was actually her step-dad. Her mother married him after she got pregnant, from Wayne. The man she later marries, after divorcing who Kate thought was her read dad. Confusing I know. The importance of this is that Wayne is a low-life, beats his wife, drinks, is a general scumbag. While her first "dad", really the step-dad, is a stand-up, very decent guy. Kate can't stand to see her mother beaten, so while her mom is working the night shift at the local diner, and waits for Wayne to come home drunk. He staggers to the door, she helps him inside, he keeps saying she's so pretty, also what's that smell.....must be gas or kerosene. She puts him to bed, walks out, gets on her motorcycle, sits there for a few seconds, then pulls away. House blows up. She then shows up at the diner, gives her mom an insurance policy, saying she took care of her. Later her mom turns her in. She's captured by the Marshall we see on the plane with her. While they were both driving, to her trial, a black horse appears and he swerves, loses control, spins out. His head hits the steering wheel, temporarily knocked out. She grabs the keys to the handcuffs, he comes to, she shoves him out the door, onto the ground, drives off.
- The black horse is significant b/c Kate begins seeing it on the island.
- She stayed up 24 hours with Sawyer, Jack says go take a break, pick fruit, that's when sees the horse again.
- Kate returns to the bunker, with fruit, Jack says Shannon's funeral is soon, Kate says he should go. Jack agrees, leaves Kate with Sawyer again.
- While sitting there, Kate is thinking back to her crime, and Sawyer wakes up, asks - Why did you kill me? And grabs her by the throat.
- Next scene we see is the bunker, empty except for Sawyer, now on the floor, face down. Still alive. The alarm is sounding for the computer thing - 108 minute device. Jack and Locke run in, Locke resets it, Jack asks where Kate is. Later Charlie says where he saw her. Jack finds Kate, asks what the heck happened. She starts to cry, pulls away, he grabs her, holds her tight and she kisses him. Then she pulls away again.
- Sun is sitting with Sawyer now, has no idea Kate ran out before, asks her to sit with him again. This time Kate starts to talk outloud, saying b/c of how bad Wayne is and she's a part of him, she can never really be good or all good. Talks as if Sawyer is her real dad Wayne, directing these comments towards Sawyer but really at Wayne.....finally Sawyer wakes up and says that's the sweetest story he's ever heard and who the he** is Wayne? And am I in a bunk? We got rescued?
- To prove they're still on the island, Kate walks Sawyer outside and he says Son of B. Funny but sad moment. He's leaning on her for strength, she smiles saying he needs a haircut. Then Sawyer sees the black horse, Kate does too but Sawyer asks her if she sees it. Now Kate knows it really exists, she walks up to it and pets it. Horse runs off.
- Jack's all confused, about Kate, women in general, takes several plane alcohol bottles to Ana, who's carving a stick on the beach. They share that drink they were going to. She thinks everyone hates her for killing Shannon.
- Eko gives Locke a book, the Old Testament, that they found on the other side of the island, in that underground shelter the tailies were in. It contains the missing film pieces. Locke puts it together. The missing parts say never to use the computer to communicatte with the outside world.
- Meanwhile Michael is poking around the hatch, the computer, the electrical stuff, with permission from Locke. He hears a beep from the computer, the cursor asks says simply, "Hello?" Michael types "Hello" back. The other end asks "Who is this?" Michael types, "Michael, who is this?" Then the last entry......are you ready?
- "Dad?" Michael is stunned, staring at the monitor....
That is how it ended and now we have to wait until Jan. 11th to see if that's really Walt!

Thanks so much for the run down!!!! I saw the very very last little thing where it said don't use the computer and Michael typeing in it......I'm still so mad that we missed the last one for a while. I have been watching most of the reruns to see if I missed anything and so far haven't seen anything yet. There is always so much going on in the background of the "flash backs" on everyone you don't catch them all like the picture in the background of Syaid.
I can't wait till it comes back on in January!

Mary - you're quite welcome. I'm really looking forward to the January episodes too. I haven't checked, but after such a long wait I hope we they air 4 or more new episodes in a row. And cover more ground. For example, where's Desmond? And let's find Walt! Poor Michael....he needs to finally be happy. Jin/Sun - reunited. Rose/Bernard - reunited. Sawyer - going to make it. Tailies - safe with the rest. Kate/Jack - I want more!

A few funny Lost scoop type questions and answers, from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello column. Actually his entire column, news on many shows, is pretty funny this week, not that it's ever a snooze-fest either!
http://www.tvguide.com/News/AskAusiello/
Question: Is Rousseau coming back to Lost this season? — John
Ausiello: Yes, but I'm not saying when.
Question: So, any spoilers on who Kate might end up with on Lost — Jack or Sawyer? — Ashley
Ausiello: Well, in the Jan. 11 episode she'll end up engaging in a fairly intimate act with Sawyer on the beach that involves some light hair-pulling.
Question: What effect, if any, will the Lost arrests have on Michelle Rodriguez's and Cynthia Watros' roles or futures on the show? — Chris
Ausiello: Little if any, I'm told. Apparently, if they get their driving privileges revoked, there's some kind of law that allows convicted DUIers to drive to and from work. So, if you happen to be in Hawaii and see someone who looks like Ana Lucia behind the wheel, pull the frak over and pray for your life.

AT LEAST 6 new episodes in a row when it returns January 11th.
http://www.epguides.com/lost/
I would assume February 22nd will be new as well, making it 7 since that is Sweeps and the Olympics will still be on against it.

Ok last night I watched the last two episodes....I can see what I missed and can't wait till January 11th (or what ever date it is). I looked for the TV shot of Sayid but didn't see it. Supposedly we are gonna see all the "hidden meaning stuff" next episode...maybe we can all figure out what the heck is going on, probably not, that is what has got us all "hooked"!

_____________
January 18 - Episode #36, "The Hunting Party"
http://www.tv.com/lost/the-hunting-part ... mmary.html
Jack, Locke and Sawyer follow after a determined Michael after he heads into the jungle toward the dreaded "Others" in search of Walt. Meanwhile, Sun has a surprising reaction to Jin's desire to join the search party.
_____________
January 25 - Episode #37, "Fire + Water"
http://www.tv.com/lost/fire-+-water/epi ... mmary.html
After smashing his virgin Mary statue to get to the heroin, Charlie is confronted by an angry Sayid, desperate to convince him to change his ways, to fully earn the trust of Claire once more. Meanwhile, another dead body is found on the island, and it hasn't been there long. Another character is seeing Walt in their imagination, and there is another on screen kiss, with Kate not involved! In flashback, we learn of Charlie's relatively bullied and abused past, and Shannon returns partying.

I read a funny critique recently....either in Entertainment Weekly or TV Guide. The reviewer wanted to know why Libby is the only female that looks weary, haggered, worn out, dirty, etc. Kate rarely looks like this (one of my comments in the past!), Sun also and even that nasty Ana-Lucia. Hair in face, doesn't count. Libby looks like she needs a long stay in a health spa somewhere! She does look the most authentic of them all. Next would be Sawyer.
So bring on Libby's deep dark secret.....they all have them!
Can't wait...
