I knew he story was bogus from the beginning because anyone living on that island could have known that the balloon was there. Why did they only bring one gun? At the end when jerkface henry was saying about ohhh if i was one of the others I would blah blah blah blah. Just shoot the guy already and send his body back to the others. I was happy the sun and jin made up that was really great I don't think I could have taken one more week with them fighting all the time. Funny how they tried to make you think sun was cheating with him on. I also thought it was funny when jin was listening to sawyer and "can't remember his name" talking and I was thinking is that what we sound like to people who can't speak english. Either way I saw the promo for next week and it looks to be exciting.

Nathan - first thing I thought once once it was established that Jin is the father, or thinks he's the father, is that Sun needs to teach not only the baby English but Jin as well! She made him a book before he shipped out last season but it doesn't seem like she's been teaching him lately. I'd want to communicate with the people around me. What if somethng happened to her? He'd be soooooo LOST! LOL

Another analogy I guess...Jin is lost, b/c he never knows what anyone means. I just got that!

I don't think it's really Jin's. I think it's the English tutor's baby. I thought she was going to tell him that, but instead, she just told him about what the doctor had said. She may figure what's the point? - They're stuck on an island, the baby will need a father, and obviously if it's the other guy's, he isn't there. It would only hurt Jin and make life harder for both of them. So why not let him believe it's a miracle and it's his baby?
That's what I think anyway.

Mary, Nathan and Kelly - Henry is creepy. I don't like the weasley little guy. At first you feel sorry for the man, b/c crazy lady Danielle has him tied up. But then you start to wonder, she was right about a few things, maybe she's right again - he's one of THEM.

All I know is this - if I were innocent of the assumption I'm an Other, I wouldn't be playing Jack against Locke and vice versa. I'd working with both of them, being humble, apologetic and asking for their trust. Not tricking them both.

I was expecting him to whip out a knife or gun somehow and hold them both hostage, until he could run out of the hatch.

But Henry did bring up a few good points and almost spoke what fans have wondered about - how long has the food been down there, is is safe, why don't they question all of this. Sure they like taking showers there (when you're filthy I guess you'd trust a shower stall just about anywhere?) but I'd be looking into all the cracks on the walls, for hidden cameras or something. And I'd be trusting island bananas more than food provided in the hatch (brands that are not familiar with any of us). Have you ever seen a Kellogg brand product or Crest toothpaste down there? Tide? See.....it's almost like they're on a different planet, with different products than we're used to. A generic planet! LOL

We're watching a Twilight Zone show! Titled Lost.....it will run for about 5 or so seasons I predict....he he

I was about to bump this up and remind everyone we have a brand new episode tonight, which looks to be so good (wishing it was a 2 hour ep) and then I remembered TV Guide adds Lost mentions on Wednesdays......

TV Guide

The Hot List - Shows We're Watching Tonight
(Lost was listed first, again!)

http://www.tvguide.com/TV/HotList/

Lost[New]
9 pm/ET, ABC

Well, we still don't know if Henry Gale's an Other, although we did see a balloon in last week's tease for tonight's show, didn't we? But the big news is in the hatch, where startling doings are expected. Maybe Locke (our backstory guy) has sensed something coming, because he has been acting more squirrelly than usual in recent episodes. Of course, he has a lot to brood about, and we expect plenty of father-related issues to surface in his flashback scenes. — Paul Droesch

Ask Ausiello Column

Question: Did you notice the spelling mistake in the subtitles of last week's Lost episode — "you're" instead of "your"? — Tiffany

Ausiello: I didn't. You must be confusing me with someone who has too much time on his hands.

Question: Rose has something rather surprising in common with Locke (Ask Ausiello 3/22)? Let me guess: Rose and Locke have been reading AA columns from the computer in the hatch? — Nick

Ausiello: I like the way your mind works, my friend. No, the Rose-Locke link doesn't have anything to do with the hatch. Here's another clue: Depending on your interpretation of last week's episode, Rose may also share something in common with Jin. And speaking of Rose-Bernard's flashback episode, it's airing on April 12, not during May sweeps as I stated last week. So sue me.

Question: OMIGOD, is Rose the phone-sex worker? — Jhy

Ausiello: Please don't sexualize Rose. She's one of the few pure things left in this ugly world.

I've got my DVR all ready to record and I will watch too, but my husband is at the wake for the Policeman that was killed in a motorcycle accident on Monday so I have to record for him.

Wow, what an episode!

First off, we still don't know how John was paralyzed do we? I suspected his father wasn't dead before the funeral began. I'm surprised he retrieved the money for his dad. Thought he'd put it back in the end.

Is that an Other camp Kate and Jack found? Or food and supplies that get dropped off on a regular basis?

Jack and Sawyer - too funny. Hilarious that the rest were watching with binoculars. Didn't even know they had a pair, did you?

Why is Jack not telling Kate the truth (Henry)?

Poor Hurley, he just wants in the fold.

Now Jack's still my favorite but in this situation they're in, you want Sayid on your side! I never would have thought to dig up the grave. Good thing! So, who do you think the imposter is? An Other? That seems too obvious, doesn't it? Maybe a patient of the medical bunker Other's, someone who ran away. Speaking of patient, the previews show a familiar looking bald man, looking at Hurley. He's wearing a blue scrubs shirt with a plaid robe. We're thinking he's someone from Hurley's past, when he was a patient at the mental institution. Could this be the guy who wouldn't shut up about the numbers?

Nice to see more of the group this week.

But I wonder where Eko is?

Mary

PS - edit, one more......as we saw the logo on the hatch sliding door, my daughter Laura paused the DVR recording and tried to figure it out. I just laughed and said - let's just wait, by the end of the show someone on the boards (meaning the IMDB Lost boards, bunch of nuts post there and occasionally I do) will decipher it!!! She just laughed and said - true. Sure enough, there's already a long thread about it with a downloaded picture of it. LOL

OMG - that was Nadia?

And are we surprised - no! Another familiar face.....

Forgot to add, I was glad Locke was finally on Jack's side when he shoved fake-Henry in the closet again! But of course, he had to let him out.....

There's something about the actor's beady eyes - similar to Ethan's eyes. Creepy-creepy!

TV Guide Thursday Morning Lost Critique:

The Watercooler Column

http://www.tvguide.com/tv/watercooler/

Lost

Locke's dad seriously should get a coffee mug that says worst dad ever. First the guy steals his sons kidney, then he fakes his own death, then he convinces his kid to get some cash from a safety deposit box (No. 1516, of course) and then he ruins the only good relationship in his sons life. Real nice. Though I did like seeing the safety deposit room, which looked a lot like the one that Kate robbed to get her little toy plane. Coincidence? Not on this show. On mystery island, I'm really not sure which thing took my most by surprise, that Henry Gale is an assumed identity or that really cool black light map on the wall that seems to have the locations of all the hatches. Now what do we think is in the middle? I can only imagine, and how much you wanna bet that Locke's new quest is getting those doors to come down again, though hopefully not on his leg this time. But why on earth did Locke trust faux Henry Gale enough to make that binding deal in the first place. Sure, the creepy guy helped get the big bolt out of his leg and pressed the button — did you notice how quickly he "memorized" the numbers? — but to offer a stranger complete protection no matter what could only lead to trouble. Especially after Sayid and co discovered that the body in the grave that is supposedly fake Henry's wife is really a man named Henry Gale who lived probably very happily on 815 Walnut Ridge Rd. in Wayzata, MN (is that a real town?) Now Locke's stuck between Jack and a hard place. That's not necessarily a good place to be, but with some of the homoerotic/testosterone laden comments that Sawyer made he wouldn't mind being there. I know, I'm just joking, but the "put your mangos where your mouth is" remark could have some double entendre about it. Maybe my dirty mind is just working over time, or maybe I watched the "Brokeback Island" parody a few too many times. Seriously though, I did love the great Sawyer line about his knowledge of antibiotics, "You've been to Puhket, but I've been to Tallahassee. Let's just say something was burning and it wasn't from the sunshine." Love him, but Sawyer should practice his poker skills, because those supplies that just appeared near the hatch could mean trouble for his bartering business, and next time he might need to bluff big, in order to win some macaroni and cheese from Kate. — Angel Coh

Mary...

That was a great episode wasn't it? It was exactly what I needed after the week before. Well as we all suspected Henry Gale is not who he says he is. I guess that he really did not have any choice but, to draw the map to the balloon. I was happy that there was no trap and they came back ok. Jack really let sawyer know about the guns and the fact he'll get them when he wants them. So the writing on the wall when black light was on. I think you might be onto something there and it could be a map showing the location of the central nervous system.

Do you really think that henry (whatever his name is) pushed the numbers on the computer cause when locke saw him he was not coming from the computer he was coming from somewhere else. I think henry has something up his sleeve. Something had occured to me about henry last night. What if he is the big chief on the island?

Something else occured to me last night. Was Locke's dad the one who pulled the con on sawyers mom? That would be interesting to find out. Did ya'll notice on the security deposit box number was 1516? And yes that was nadia now that i remember it. I'm not sure if it was the bank that Kate was at though.

Anyway next weeks episode looks to be good and I think we'll see mr. gales fate.

I don't think he pushed the numbers. It was just too weird, too.
