Great Christmas Party

Last night, I went to a great and wonderful Christmas party. It was crowded and full of beautiful people. I saw many of my friends, some I have not seen in years. Now, that's a Christmas gift for ya! All is well with everyone. Well, with the exception of 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and now Hurricane Ike. Tragic as they were, we should never forget. I had a great time overall.

Catching up with good friends at Christmas is part of what it is all about. Glad you had a great time, and also glad you realize the value of your friends despite the tough times and challenges since 9/11.

Indeed. Especially the fact 9/11 really changed America and the world. I used to remember New York with the World Trade Center. They were great buildings and sadly met a violent end. 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and Hurricane Ike really showed it. 9/11 and Hurricane Ike are really personal and tragic for me. 9/11 because the World Trade Center crashed to the ground and 3,000 people are dead and I really miss those towers. Also, Ike was something I do not want to ever go through again. Like I said, I had a great time.
