May God Bless them All! Landing on those beaches like that in full view of enemy fire has to one of the most bravest of actions. They were sitting ducks.

D-Day was truly a magnificent performance of the armed forces, from general to private and from the US to the UK. All of us from those allied countries should be proud of our servicemen for the cunning and courage they showed planning and acting on that day. Without it, the world today would surely be quite different.
