...The Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announces plans to adjust the price of a certain kind of resource. Since June 2009 (or earlier), it has been considered as a "rule" that when the above mentioned Commission make an announcement, a foreign plan will crash. Here's a chronology of this serie of coincidences that have happened in the recent two years.
March 25, 2009
- NDRC increases Chinese petrol and diesel price
- An American Air Force F22 crashed
June 1, 2009
- NDRC announced a plan on that day on the increase of oil price.
- An Air France A330 plane crashed, killing 228 people on board, including 9 Chinese.
June 30, 2009
- NDRC announced a second plan on oil price increase.
- An AIRBUS crashed on his way from Yemen to Comorros, killing 154.
July 15, 2009
- NDRC said that the oil prices needed to be adjusted further in order to reach a proper value.
- An Iranian plane crashed near the city of Qazvin, killing 153 passengers and 15 crew members.
July 24, 2009
- NDRC made announcements about a recent adjustment on the price of water that took place in some major cities of China.
- An Iranian plane slipped out of track when landing on the airport of Mashhad, 17 people died and 19 injured.
August 2, 2009
- NDRC released a statistic showing that GDP energy consumption has reduced 3.35% during the first 6 months of the year
- An Indonesian plane disappeared with 16 passengers on board.
August 4, 2009
- NDRC announced that as the supply of natural gas is increasing in China, an adjustment of its price was inevitable.
- A Thai plane crashed while landing, killing 10 and wounding 41
September 3, 2009
- NDRC postponed the plan of increasing the price of oil, stating that more elements need to be taken to consideration
- A helicopter crashed in Jackson, Mississippi, 1 died and 1 injured.
April 10, 2010
- NDRC increases the price of solar energy electricity
- Polish President's plane crashed in Smolensk, Russia.
April 13, 2010
- NDRC revealed its plan to increase the price of air petrol by RMB 500 per ton.
- An Indonesian Airplane with 100 passengers on board crashed into a river.
Some Chinese internet users have described NDRC as "Airplane Tragedy Predictor" or "Airplane shooter"
