NASA Culture blamed in Shuttle report

#1 Postby ameriwx2003 » Tue Aug 26, 2003 10:26 am

Here is a link to a critical report on NASA.. I love space and the exploration of it. It saddens me to see NASA like it is now, no funds etc. It seems to me there is no goal?? I mean in the 60's the goal was lets get to the moon before the decade was out and we did, A great moment when that happened. It just seems to me now though there is no defined mission for NASA. tHE Agency has lost its luster. I guess in these times of tight budgets and deficeits I can understand. My point is if your going to risk the lives of these fine men and women either give them the funds to do it safely or don't do it at all. Ok ... thats just my 2 cents:):)

I agree. I don't hear much about what NASA is doing these days. Maybe it is because of the shuttle explosion earlier this year.
