Free EMWIN software

Hey everyone.....

Ever since Stormlab went dead, I've been looking for a replacement for the EMWIN feed it had, and not having any luck. Does anyone know of any free software that can fill that gap? I tried a few android apps that seem ok, but I'm needing something for my windows laptop. Any ideas? I'm on a seriously limited budget, right now.

Not a feed but COD has a page showing all Doppler radars. Not sure where they source their data.
