We have at least 5 ruby throats buzzing the garden now. I think the big Rockport Hummingbird Fest is this weekend.

Yup.......they've flown the coop here too, all "85" of my resident hummers are gone! OH BTW.......galvbay, did you see my album on webshots of my hummers?? I had *pet* hummers this summer!

I have three right now. There was only one at first, but a week later I have three. They are so fun to watch and really put on a show for you.

I have Anna's, as it starts to cool here ( next month maybe since its still ninety) There will be tons of them at dusk. I have had as many as 14 at 1 feeder taking turns. I feed the little annas all winter since they stay here. I love the little scratchy song they sing ......
