Alright everyone.. For those of you that have to work today like I do.. Just remember tis the last day.. Then a Beutifull 4 Day Weekend..

Not for me - I have to work all day Friday. But todayI'm taking an 1/2 day off.

*SIGH* Our ONLY workday was Monday *HEAVY SIGH* it's TOUGH being a business owner, don't you feel SORRY for me?? I know......*smartasp* "LOL!" Seriously, this time 'o year, we have shut down most of our accounts, made a NICE nest egg to get us through the winter and work a few hours each day EXCEPT this week, I'm tellin' ya, after "20 years" in the meat business, I "LOVE" takin' this week off! I use to "HATE" Thanksgiving with a passion!! My last Thanksgiving in the business, I'll never forget it....we had turkeys on sale for 29 cents LB., I ordered a SEMI load of turkeys, 28 PALLETS, 50 cases per pallet, 4 turkeys per case and I sold OUT!!!! Every bird had to be weighed and priced seperatly! No wonder I've got a bad back "LOL!"

I took off yesterday and today! Lots of cooking to do today. Hope everyone enjoys their 4 day weekend. We deserve it!!! :)

its not necessarily a 4 day weekend for me....have to work friday night and saturday morning (and then in the afternoon) for a couple of hours.

wound up being a 5 day weekend here, had a doc appt this AM, didn't get out til noon, not picked up til 1230, so not worth going to school. but I won't say any more or you guys will kill me LOL.
