Despite al the press, hoopla and his own past statements, this is for a "jury of his peers" to decide...which is why I voted "maybe".

I voted, Yes, possibly. IMO, I think "Jacko" is wacko, and probably is guilty, but as StreetSoldier clearly elaborated to, he will be judged by a jury of his peers.

I voted probably because we don't know for sure until it is brought out in a court of law.

I believe in you're innocent until proven guilty, but I'm sorry, where there's smoke there's fire and the guy is a few short of a six-pack. Something's not right with him and all of the accusations.

I realize that there are alot of nutty parents out there that are looking for $$$$ at the expense of their children as well, but I just have this feeling...

I should have prefaced my comments; I think he's guilty as sin, but I'm not in the jury pool...and would be "dismissed" if I were called.

I'm not sure he is. He is a wacked out psycho but that does not make him guilty. I'll wait for the trial and facts to come out.

I voted yes 100%, lol, because he has admitted to sleeping with young boys, he was charged about 10 years ago and paid off the victim in millions instead of going to court, and look at this guy, he's a nutcase, his face is butchered, he went from black to white to who-knows-what, he hangs his baby over a 3 story or so railing, he's a nut case and I'm 100% sure he is guilty.
