Brits adding "air marshals" to flights

#1 Postby streetsoldier » Sun Dec 28, 2003 10:59 am

The British Government is adding their equivalent of "air marshals" to flights, in response to the Saudi aborted attempt to hit a British Airways passenger plane.

I suspect that these will not be policemen, but recruited from ex-SAS people.

Just saw that on Fox and was getting ready to post it. I am curious if Britain may up their terror warning or if this is just precaution?

"Her Majesty's Government asks that the terror advisory be addressed by this Chamber to the second-highest level." "Hear, hear!" (Rowdy bunch, that)
