23 dead mainly Iraqui civilians were killed and 2 defense department contractors also were killed in this blast near the US headquarters in Baghdad.

Still the situation IMO in Iraq is mostly unstable with these kind of attacks taking place and on the other hand an allayollah calling for rapid elections not the timetable the US wants so let's see what happens over there in the comming months.
