John Ashcroft (R)
Condi Rice (R)
Hillary Clinton (D)
Elizabeth Dole (R)
Jeb Bush (R)
Rudy Guiliani (R)
George Pataki (R)

As you may know, in 2004 I still want and think we will get another elected Bush-Cheney ticket.

In 2008, long road ahead, but I feel I'd want a Guiliani-Rice ticket. My 2nd choice would be a Rice-Bush ticket.

You all KNOW who I want for 2004...but, from this list, 2008 doesn't look very GOP-friendly.

I don't know. I hope a good independent candidate comes up in the coming months. None of the Dem nominees impress me, and I'm definitely not voting for Bush. As for 2008, I haven't the slightest idea.

I would like to see Colin Powell make a run for the Presidency in 2008. Vice President is undecided.

Al Sharpton needs to quit running. No matter how many times he runs he will never be elected.

I heard that Colin Powell won't run because his wife is afraid of him being assassinated.

2004... I am undecided, but am leaning towards Edwards for Prez. IF Bush had Condi or Guiliani as his VP, I would almost 100% defect.

2008... I think that a Guiliani/Rice ticket would be unbeatable. :D

That is ridiculous. Why would she think that? Makes no sense.

Helen, I was just going to say, Tip O'Neill did die.

He passed away on Wednesday, January 5th, 1994, in Boston, Massachusetts.

I believe the Republicans will have little challenge this time around and roll into the next four years. Beyond that, it could get interesting, but I'd sure like to see BOTH parties start generating strong candidates.

I'd actually like to see a Bush/Powell ticket in 2004 with a second choice of Bush/Rice. 2008 would then role in with a Powell(even though he has said he will not run)/Guilliani or Powell/Bush.
