HELP with Chat room ! (had to get new winders put on pc . .

I've tried to get into chat room and get this msg to download Java Virtual Machine, then I click on the download button (two times) then it takes me to the microsoft page and I get this message - now what do I do?

of course this web page tells me nothing, and there is nothing to download . . .
