She does have insurance!!!!

#1 Postby vbhoutex » Sun Mar 14, 2004 10:48 am

Now the real fun may begin as far as my wreck is concerned.

Got a form letter from Allstate yesterday that they are required to send out. In it it stated" if our investigation reaveals any responsibility on the part of our insured...""" :grr: :grr:     And my comment to tht is :moon: Also stated something if there is going to be any claimfor property damages....uuuhhhhh???? HHHHMMMM????? Let me see if I can figure that out!

The fact that this person even had insurance is darn near a miracle here in Houston!!! It is with Allstate-does anyone have experience with them from beingon the adversary side? Anyway, that is at least a relief.

I think that Lindaloo worked for Allstate. PM her about it.

I'm so glad that she does have insurance! That's one less thing to worry about!

That is a formality David. But rest assured, Allstate has no business investigating the accident. They should go by the police report. Have your attorney on standby.

Bad experience.

Many years ago I had a bad experience with Allstate. After many years of being a good customer I was forced to file a claim due to an at fault accident. After the claim was paid Allstate promptly dropped me. As a result my drivers license and license plates were suspended due to a random insurance verification check by DMV which occured the day after I found out I no longer had insurance. "Good hands" people my a$$

I agree george. Allstate does do that. And it is mostly to the elderly and young male drivers. That is why I left and never looked back.

I've also heard that it's almost like trying to getting blood from a turnip to get anything from them. They really take their time about it. Good luck.
