What Make of Computer?

I have a Dell Dimension 4600. It beats the shoes off my old Compaq in both reliability and speed.

Dell here, too. I had my Gateway for 1,265 days, from Friday, June 30th, 2000 to December 17th, 2003. I got a flat panel display. :)

I have one that Chad and I built. So no name brand, but it's a Pentium 3. Runs great for the extent of what I do on the internet.

Uhm, I take it that it ain't running well at time! I had one for three years until it became so unreliable, I finally went to Dell.

My dad has an "old" Gateway from, cringe, 1996. It still runs well, but for the line of work he is in (3-D computer animation) it does not cut it.

Still running my Gateway 500. Works like a charm so far, and is now 2 years old. Next time around will be a wireless PC laptop...but if this machine keeps plugging along, that is still at least two years away!

The main comp that I use is a 2000 Compaq. I have a 2003 Dell Laptop. They both do well for what I use each for. ;)

A gateway 500 w/winME that gives me fits. Also a P-2 400 no-name w/ winNT auctioned off from my work which works better than the gateway. My work has been auctioning a computer a week on the intranet. Now they're up to P-3 600 machines w/ win XP. I think I'm in the market, if I figure out what to do with all the mp-3's on my gateway.

Here's last weeks auction. It sold for $40

Make and Model: Micron Millennia Max GS100
Processor: Intel Pentium III (500MHz)
Memory: 256 Mb (PC133 168pin SDRAM)
Hard Drive: 13.6 Gb
Networking: 3Com 10/100 Mb Networking Card
Video: NVidia Geforce2 MX 32Mb (AGP)
Sound: Onboard Ensonique
Also Included: Used keyboard and mouse if available
Warranty: None
