I figured he would be indicted. Just because he has been indicted does not make him guilty though. Just means the DA has provided sufficient evidence to go to trial. It will be interesting to see the evidence the DA has, but he has something that is for sure.

Whatever videotape they have is probably what got him indicted.

I agree Linda...he said. she said usually isn't enough to go to trial. THe DA must have some hard evidence. I'm so sick of seeing his sorry a** on the news...

Innocent till proven guilty ..yes. But he's already guilty of the immoral behavior of getting into a bed with little boys. Sex or no sex..this is just plain WRONG!!!!!

While they are at it, I'd like to see them bring child neglect charges against any parent who let there child go to one of these slumber parties, with full knowledge (after all ..he has admitted to sharing his bed with boys) of MJ's fetishes, and the potential molestation.

I agree with you there j. The parents of these kids really need to take responsibility for allowing there kids to be in this situation in the first place. I for one as a parent would never allow my son to spend the night alone with a grown man! Famos or not... as a parent that kind of action just does not wash with me. They need to be held accountable!

I agree. These parents didn't know who MJ was and more important that he was accused of this before...have they been living under a rock   I am in no way excusing what the sicko did. I just think the parents need to be more aware of the company there children keep
