The termite effect

The termite effect

The problem with the world is people see each other is no more than termites really. Wether its rich looking at poor or poor looking at rich ....or the middle class looking at both or both looking at the middle class....people now days see each other as little more than termites.

That was the cause of the Iraq war. We seen a problem with a situation there the way a home owner sees termites in their house ...."oh my god what if we just let it go". But the problem with the termite effect is that human beings are not termites and when one group starts seeing a "problem" in another place that is detrimental to its "house" they want to eradicate. But as human beings its easy to see the other guy as a termite. Human potential to rationalize and justify doing the eradication is profound.

Human beings have long ago lost their humanity and it has turned many into exterminators or at least exterminator thinkers. We are no longer the noble race that reasons without violence...we cant even imagine a way without violence. When individual humanity is forgotten or taken for naught in any way we come closer to total destruction and oblivion. This is a fact that many dont want to talk about ....They think and believe that the more noble approach of humanity is not realistic in this world....But the bombs and guns and WMD are real and too terrible to think about ...but they are still real. Its not a good situation at all going on in this world. People are becoming more and more disposable everyday. We live in a throw away society and its believed to be right and good ...but it is not ...it has no morals, no virtues, no honor, no heart, no soul. The only way to gain all those things back is to proclaim our humanity and to never be biased towards any group ever again. Try to see it from all sides and learn the power of words.

When were the people of this world ever a people without violence? War stems back to the ancient eras. I don't think it's fair to call us exterminators or exterminator thinkers. We are seeking justice in this world, not extermination. If you're bringing this up because of Iraq, Saddam was the exterminator who took the lives of his OWN citizens. We stepped in and helped out the defenseless people of that country and are now restoring order. We're not exterminating anyone.

what about....

what about the innocent people that were killed in this war. What about all the injustice we never heard of before 9/11 or all the injustice we chose to ignore? Life has become cheap in a throw away society. We thought we can confine the throw away effect to immaterial rubbish ...but it has drifted over to human beings. No one wants a homeless shelter in their neighborhood.
