Going to be away

#1 Postby tomboudreau » Thu May 20, 2004 9:49 pm

Tomorrow marks the begin of our big move. I will not have internet access over the next week as we await our DSL to be hooked up into our new apartment. We are just about fully packed at our current location, and tomorrow at noon, we go and pick up our U-Haul. The move should be done sometime Saturday evening, and the fun part of unpacking begins quickly after that. On Monday, I begin my new job in Pittsburgh. I am very excited about this move and all the adventures that are going to be coming along with it. My wife and I have begun looking at houses, since the next move will be into our very own home. We are hoping to only be in her grandpa's old house for about 6 months, so we will once again get to move. We would like to be in our own place before winter starts up. Anyway, hope everyone has a good weekend this weekend and I will see you all when the internet is hooked up.

Good luck with the move Tom. What part of Pittsburgh are you moving to? My parents were both born and raised there. My dad was a Pitt graduate.

Good luck Tom...think of this as the beginning of a brand new adventure. Trust yourself and your capabilities, and you will grow in wonderful ways once you embrace your new home.

Anxious to hear your stories....

I wish you the VERY best with your move, Tom. :)

I know the feeling of not having internet access for awhile after having done a move with my folks recently, too. We're in an apt. until around mid to late June...then into a brand new townhouse. :D Our closing is this afternoon...but then a major inside paint job will be in the works.

Talk to you later, Wxbuddy, when you're hooked-up! :)
