The posts or stuff said are NOT an official forecast and my opinion alone. Please look to the NHC and NWS for official forecasts and products.

Model Runs Cheat Sheet:
GFS (5:30 AM/PM, 11:30 AM/PM)
HWRF, GFDL, UKMET, NAVGEM (6:30-8:00 AM/PM, 12:30-2:00 AM/PM)
ECMWF (1:45 AM/PM)
TCVN is a weighted averaged

Opinions my own.

If Dennis and Michelle are on duty...hopefully the Pinetop Fire Website will post updates. They usually do at least twice a day if a serious fire exists.

Here's the link...

I figured that you, MEE-chelle and the Mutley Crew were up to your eyeballs...I recall being mired within that state very well...and, far to often to relate here. :larrow:

Do what you must, stay as safe as circumstances permit, and update us at your convenience. :larrow:

I'll be at home, as always, when you DO get a breather. O'Tay?

Thanks to Pinetop FD, Lakeside FD, Show Low FD and 3 Brush trucks, 2 water tenders from the USDA Forest Service in Lakeside, they "STOMPED" the fire out in short order. The fire DID however, start to crown, but thanks to the QUICK thinking of Lakeside FD Captian, they fell the tree. It took 4 hours to contain this fire to 1 acre, cold trailing and mop up operations are continuing this morning. KUDOS to the fireman ONCE AGAIN! "WHEW!" this was TOO close for comfort AGAIN!
