K, now i know this war has nothing to do with us just wanting to take over the oil wells like some people are saying :roll:

But i would think that it will be some kind of perk?? Yes or no? Guess what my actuall question is..... What does this mean for us and oil/gass prices... Will things change much? ok ok so it was a two part question... LOL

Chad I'm not sure if we would over take the oil wells - more like we would protect them for the people of Iraq. IMO I think us taking the oil wells means more oil of the free market for countries to purchase - there supply will over come demand and prices should drop.

Anyone elses thoughts on this?

Ya.. Sorry if i was misunderstood.. I didnt mean we take them over... Just meant out of the Regimes control. Sorry i didnt make that clear..

Thats ok. Wish America would take total control of them - sell the oil and recoup the cost of this war from the sell of the oil. But I don't think the Arab countries and the world would accept that.

We need to sieze and protect them all just during the war... The iraqi people are going to need these to Economicly survive after the war...
