Registered Republican. Vote my heart and the issues, not the party.

Republican. But like David, I don't always vote the party ticket. Certain local offices tend to have promising candidates in both parties and city issues aren't the same as national ones.

Democrat so I can vote in the primaries. Independent in my heart.

And I split my ticket which ever way the wind blows. Not really, that just sounded like something to say on a storm board.

Like I might vote for Sen. Specter, but never for Santorum our two Rep. senators in PA. But I won't vote straight party just for one choice, no thanks, some of these critters are just to slimy for my taste.

Registered Independent, but Democratic in my views (REALLY???? ).

Kiko - if I lived in PA, I would vote the same way. I always liked Arlen Specter. Santorum scares me.

I tend to vote for both parties -- and generally support the Republican party in local elections. However, our current mayor (who just won in April) is the best thing to ever happen to this town in years and he is a Democrat.

On a wider scale, say for State Offices, I vote again for both parties. The Dems in this state tend to conform to my views closer than the Repubs, but I have voted for both (ex. Larry Gene Taylor and Linda Bartlesmeyer, both wonderful people and Republicans).

On the national level... again I am mixed. I am NOT a fan of Kit Bond whatsoever and so I am looking closely at Dem. Nancy Farmer for Senate. I dislike Holden, but am torn between Dem. rival McCaskill and Rep. Blunt. I do not like Jim Talent. I met him once and wanted to barf. He was not very nice to me at all.

And, as you know, I am torn for President.

Sorry for the ramblings... just showing I am more bipartisan than you might think. ;)

I'm registered as an independent. I tend to vote Republican, but Pennsylvania has had some good democratic Governors.

I am registered Republican (BIG SURPRISE?!;-) ) I do occasionally vote for a local Democratic candidate in local elections. The only Democrat I've seen in my lifetime that I might consider voting for President is Lieberman.
