JENNINGS OBLITERATES 1 DAY RECORD!

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Fri Jul 23, 2004 6:31 pm

Well.. whether you're sick of him.. or want him to keep winning. Mr. Ken Jennings just obliterated the 1 day record for a Jeopardy champion scoring $75,000!

Ken wins for the 38th consecutive day and will return for Jeopardy's 21st season. The season starts on Labor Day Monday {9/6}

I'm kinda ticked that we have to wait that long.. But it may be interesting to see what happens when he does return.

How many more days will he go..?

Yes.... I chose my words carefully in my post about it. I simply had Final Jeopardy season finale, CONTAINS SPOILERS. Many people hadn't seen the show yet when I posted.

Yup, I didn't watch it until this morning. :) I recorded it yesterday while I was at work and then got in late last night and came here first.

It's okay, John. I forgive ya. :wink:

Yeah, that was truly amazing. He wanted to save the best for the season finale, I guess. :D

I can't wait until the new season returns, and we will get to see just how much further he can go! Until then, we have six weeks of reruns.
