Reports of strikes on power generating and switching facilities in Iraq. The strike involved the use of carbon filaments to cause massive short circuits in the power sub-stations. This is a real slick way of turning of the power without destroying the infrastructure. :-)

Those poor people probably do not even own candles. Saddam keeps all the money for himself. Hopefully he is in the dark FOR GOOD.
