A MUCH Needed Diversion.......Laughter

#1 Postby GrimReaper » Sat Aug 14, 2004 10:40 am

This morning when I signed on to see how everyone made out after Charley, I happened to stop into S2K's little store. I spit my Coke all over the computer screen when I saw that there were S2K THONGS!!! Now I have worn that type of garment before (this might be more than most of you need to know, lol), but I couldn't believe it...S2K Butt Floss Underwear?????????? I think I about fell over laughing.... then I realized how good that felt after the stress of the past two days!!! Then I kept right on laughing, thinking... gee those thongs would go perfect with the S2K camisole!! The moral of this story is that laughter is a great fixative for a tired soul....Thanks to S2K for being there for me, even when all I needed was a good belly laugh!!!!

PS..the minute you leave this topic, you are to immediately forget that Grim wears those kinds of things...LOL!!!!!!

OH Grimmy! lol Thanks for the laugh, and glad you're finding laughter after all the stress you've been through with Charley and the beautiful state of Florida!

As for thongs...lol, people are crazy for saying they are uncomfortable! I too, wouldn't wear anything else! :O)

Hows that for too much info! LOL We'll both get in trouble ffor this together, GrimmyT-back!

Grimmy - now what you need to do is buy the thongs and camisole and get yourself on TV down there in Florida. Afterall, your state is in the news right now. More comic relief - you could plug S2K!

Shannon and Grimmy I've thought about and prayed for both you guys as well as many other S2KBuds during Charley! Shannon, how did your relatives fare there in FL?

Shannon I imagine you've been on pins and needles as you've tracked Charley...even though you're now in CA.

To for those who don't know me well, I was just kidding about representing S2K this way. LOL But the image is enough for me to spit my Pepsi out onto the computer Grimmy.

Hey Eric...Mom fared OK...she stayed, and the wind blew the rains through the cracks in the doors, her roof let the rain in, she lost all of her trees, and has no phone or power for up to a week they say...but they are safe and fared much better then their neighbors who lost some roofs, aluminum rooms, sheds, etc...Thanks for asking! Yes, I was a wreck watching and listening and being so far away and not able to do a thing for them. My grandmother in Merritt Island just lost a crab apple tree...no biggie :)

I'm confused???
Is the thought of me in that "particular" item of clothing what is comic? :grr: :grr: :grr:
Or......

The thought S2K promoting itself with a thong wearing woman???

Even though I seem to be the old lady here, lately....I can well do justice to that "particular" item of clothing...LOL!!!

Ok, now this whole thing was meant to be a joke here!!! I was just shocked that S2K would sell S2k thongs!!! But.......as coriolis said, "if it would do some good for S2K, I'd wear a thong"...gave Grim a thought  An S2K THONG Calender!!!!! Any volunteers???? We could have any willing member pose in front of a weather related background (to remain true to our purpose -weather)
I, ofcourse, would have to recuse myself from this project, because I can't have my daughter, or anyone else for that matter see me in such attire, lol!!!

Ok, gorgeous S2K members, here is your chance to show off your stuff!!!
