He will make the speech to rally the troops and to inform the progress of the war and also to express condolences to the familys of the soldiers killed.

Since you appear to enjoy informing the MB of current events and news,I thought I might do the same just for fun!
Newsflash:
Did you know that CycloneEye from San Jaun,Puerto Rico registered at Storm2K on 10 OCT 02?Since then,he has amassed 3,775 Posts which is an average composite of 21.75 posts per day and counting!
Now,THAT is newsworthy. :wink:
