Closing in on 1,000 miles

969 miles since februrary. It's been an up and down summer, with work and family obligations, moving, rainy weekends, & etc. Should have reached 1,000 by May, but it wasn't going to happen this year. I did get hooked up with the loose group of enthusiasts in this new town, so things are looking up. I went out for a bike ride today and did many hills, including one 700-foot climb which I completed without blowing up. Shooting for 1500 by the end of the season.
