For a short period of time the US will send plenty of money from the federal reserve to aliviate the iraqis but it will be for a very short time as the countrie rebuilds and people there improve with their daily lives.

We have to be very careful of Islamic sensibilities here...FI, Dr. Benjamin Franklin would have to be printed wearing a veil.

We might want to black them out with magic markers before using them with any reference to USA or America - they might think we are INVADING them. How is that for money - all black except for the number amounts showing.
