O'reilly has the answer

#1 Postby j » Fri Apr 18, 2003 10:48 am

Last night Mr O did a piece for the "Most Rediculous Item Of The Day" segment focusing on yet another charge onto the baseball field by some crazed fans to pummelt an Umpire.

His answer is simple:

"And the way to make it stop is to pass a law saying that any assault in a public arena is an act of terrorism -- domestic terrorism -- five years in prison. With security the way it is right now and terrorism always lurking, incidents like these can easily get out of control."

Bill is one of my favorites to watch........even tho he has a habit of constantly interupting his guests........and often putting his own personal "slant" on topics!

Unfortunately, like many laws we now have, this is a good idea, but they are only good laws if they are ENFORCED..............p

Sounds good to me - I love to watch the No Spin Zone too. :D

By the way pp, O'Reilly is supposed to give his personal slant because his show is a news analysis show.

I agree. This behavior is out of control  But actually the way things are going, not surprising; kids are learning from their parents and will pass it on. Jail time at least...maybe public flogging as well :o

There's just no call for this behavior. Go to jail, go directly to jail! No not pass go, do not collect $200.00.
