Too cool to hear him talking about tropical weather. (He might do it more often than I know, but I'm usually listening to radio and TV broadcasts near landfall areas when the threat is there).
Limbaugh's a weather geek too!!!

I knew it all along.
Just got confirmed when he was talking about computer models and how the GFDL is the only one taking Jeanne to FL.

Even the harshest of critics from this board have to give him a tick mark in the "plus" column for being a weather fan.
I was impressed to learn a few years back that Arizona's Barry Goldwater was not only a weather fan...but apparently had his own backyard weather station!
We'd probably be surprised to learn who, among the politicians, movie stars, and recording artists, have a sincere interest in the sky around them.

I'm sure that you're right as always Poppysky!
Fire - that is a good question stormie asked. Can we at least push aside political differences in a non-poilitical board? I have and joked about it.
