If you live in almost any part of Dallas County and ride the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) bus, listen up...

DART invites your comments on several proposed bus service changes designed to address changing ridership patterns. If approved by the DART Board of Directors, the proposed service changes listed below would go in effect June 9, 2003:

Roues 202, 204, 207 & 210 - Rush hour service will be reduced. On route 202, some late evening & weekend trips (including some connected to route 310) would be eliminated.

Route 281 - This route would be eliminated, with express/park & ride service availability at Lake Ray Hubbard TC (Route 283) or local services on Routs 60 or 164.

Route 385 - Four trips (2 in the morning & 2 in the evening) would be eliminated.

Route 573 - Mid-day & evening service would be eliminated, Spring Valley Road services still would be provided by Route 358.

Route 581 - This route would be eliminated; service still would be provided by Route 428.

Route 709 - This Trolley-Bus service would be replaced by a reduced-fare, on-call van service serving most hotels, restaurants & The Galleria.
