In the past few years they haved talked war and throwing nukes but nothing happened.Let's see what happens this time as they are raising the tough talk again.I hope that they talk and dont do anything foolish because if they send a nuke to Hawaii for example then the US will respond by cleaning that country you know how.

This is not nice...
The US would do it, too.

We SHOULD have BLASTED them during the Korean WAR, but NO.....we TRUST EVERYONE as evident of 11 Sept. Take 'em OUT "NOW!" I mean, why WAIT!

Ugh... I'm not surprised though. They are reportedly going to test a long-range missile soon capable of reaching the West Coast.

How wonderful. :grr:

The problem with "taking out" N Korea is that we dont know the locations of all their nuclear facilities. We know they have missiles that can reach California, and we have thousands of troops in S Korea.... if we miss anything, the devestation would be incredible ... :(

North Korea has rattled sabers for years, no make that decades. They're not about to do anything without China's approval. Stormie, we don't have to have the exact location of every single facility. You can bet we know where their delivery systems are. You take those out and there's no way to deliver whatever nukes they may have.

stormie,

Our Pacific Fleet submarines are always within striking distance of North Korea, with a helluva lot more punch than Kim Jong-Il has at this time, or any time in the foreseeable future; and we are quite capable of taking out Iran's missiles, as well...if it comes down to that.
