Anyhoo, I just started golfing last season and today I got my very first birdie! I'm so excited!! I've flirted with them before and have come close but never quite succeeded. I chipped for a birdie earlier this season and it made it in the hole with the flag still in but it popped back out again so I only got par that time.
If you golf and remember your very first birdie you probably understand how I feel.
Woooo - hooooo! I was so thrilled I had to call my hubby right away at work!
