#1 Postby cycloneye » Tue May 06, 2003 6:09 am

For all of us who were worried about what happened to Garrett(wx247) and his family there is great news.

Total destruction is what he describe happened near his house but he is fine and also his family thank goodness. Now let's hope that no more severe weather goes there and allow him to post regulary as he does every day as the power returns there. You can read his post at the USA weather forum.

You're welcome, Garrett. Being interested in meteorology as we are, we enjoyed watching the radar and satellite pictures of Missouri, more specifically southwestern Missouri. Of course, what we do not enjoy is the destruction and death these storms can and have caused.

Welcome back and stay safe with the possible next severe weather event.
