Wow already one year on (December 13th 2003) has passed after Saddam Hussein was captured inside a hole. But still the justice there is slow and the trial has not started and it will be a few more months I fear before he goes on trial but eventually justice will decide and he will be punished for all the crimes he commited.

Worst case scenario: No trial soon, elections as scheduled, an anti-american gov't is elected and they bring Saddam back into power.

What I heard on the news about the hunger strike did not include Saddam. He is supposed to be in good shape and not on a hunger strike. some other prisoners supposedly are on a hunger strike, but they are only refusing their primary meals and and are still accepting and eating MRE's. Doesn't sound like much of a hunger strike to me.
