Let him live. The death penalty should be reserved for killers like McVeigh, not petty thugs like Peterson...

We'll know in about 45 minutes...IMHO, either way it goes, Scott is dead. Even convicts have a "pecking order", and "mother-child" murderers don't live very long. :larrow:

With all due respect.. BS.. Murder is Murder.. I dont care what caliber of a murderer you are. I find it very disgusting that you think the killing of Laci and her Child is "Petty"

If they dont opt for the death penalty, then his cell should be wallpapered with every picture every taken of her, dead and alive, as well as that poor baby that washed up on the rocks.

He should have to look at that every day until the day he dies.

Live feed for those of us who only have online access to watch while at work.

http://nbc4la.feedroom.com/iframeset.jsp?ord=189252

Same type of text messaging coming from courtroom as the day of the verdict.

Something about if some jurors want to talk w/ the media regarding the verdict...those that don't care to can return to their hotel room.

I heard that this judge is known usually for going with the jury's choice of death or life...get READY for death row, Scotty!!!! :grrr: :grrr: :firedevil:

Prepare for your permanent rehabilitation. I wonder how long the appeals process will run on?

At least 10-15yrs most likely...

The defense has some very good grounds to appeal on...Circumstantial evidence and the bizarre way two jurors were dismissed..

I doubt he makes it that long anyways...The first few years he will be fairly safe, but then little by little his protection within the prison system will diminish...
