Suggested Starting Dates for a New Contest

Two years ago at weather.com (some of you may remember Zaza, Yvonne, and Xavier) I created three "fake tropical cyclones" that people could track with advisories and stuff for fun. I'm thinking about doing that here in the 2005 off-season too but would like a suggested month to do it in. Thanks!
