#1 Postby Wnghs2007 » Wed Dec 29, 2004 7:09 pm

Hey all its me K.C., and right now I am in Gainesville Florida. :D

The trip down here was fun. We left the house at 8:53 this morning and stoped and ate lunch about 1:45 pm this afternoon at a Cracker Barrel in Valdosta. Right beside Lowndes Co. High School. We left there around 3:10 pm. And we reached the Marriot here in Gainesville Fl around 5:40 this afternoon.

We are on are way to Tampa Bay for the Outback bowl on Satarday. Tomorrow we are going to Bush Gardens and are going to have lots of fun. We dont know as of yet what we are going to do on Friday but we will see. Then we are coming home Sunday.

We expect to be back home sometime late Sunday night.

Well thats about it. Talk to you guys later. I may post off and on, but I will not be here most of the time.

Anyway, talk to yall later. BYE

K.C. :D

K.C, ,
I know where Valdosta is, have been there many times. My mother was born in Hahira, just outsideof Valdosta. When you get to Tampa , you will be about 40 miles from where I live. Lakeland is to the east of Tampa and the main road to Tamp is I 4. You will have some nice weather when you get here. Sunny skies and temps in the mid 70's by gameday.

Welcome to my neck of the woods, K.C. I live about 35 min. east of the stadium, but I'll be on an island south of you for the good weather predicted for Saturday.

Enjoy!

Looks like you have been through where I am from  I graduated from that High School you saw(Lowndes High) and Cracker Barrel was my first job though I worked at the one about 15 miles south of where you ate in Lake Park, Ga (still in Lowndes Co.) Glad you enjoyed the area as S Ga has some very friendly people and all Cracker Barrels make some awesome food :P Enjoy your trip and be safe!

Got back around 5:45 Pm yesterday. Had a great trip and got to see the dawgs win!!!!!!!!

Sorry about not being able to respond as of late because my dads lap top ran out of power and my dad forgot the charger to it so we were without a computer for a few days.

Anywho, I saw the longest fireworks show in my life, I never thought it was going to end, at Busch Gardens. The Fireworks lasted 18 minutes and they played CHRISTMAS SONGS...like Santa Claus is coming to town and stuff, FOR NEW YEARS...  I think someone forgot to tell them that.

Anyway the only downer on the whole trip was at the game. I was carrying my mom and dad's hotdogs...walking... and this guy who i am assuming was intoxicated, dont know for a fact, comes running with beers in his hands, bumps right into, make me fall, his beers fly everywhere and soak me in beer fluids and my mom and dads hotdogs also ended up on my pants and now there ruined forever. So that really sucked. :(

Besides that the trip was great and I had a lot of fun.

KC, if your Mom can get a bottle of Zout at the grocery store and treeat your pants with it, they may not be ruined. I have used this product for years and it works. I kept my youngest son's baseball pants white with it after he went sliding on wet red clay after a baseball practice. He had the whitest pants on the team. These were white doubleknit pants too and when red clay gets on anything you can't get it out with just laundry detergent. You can find the Zout on the laundry items aisle at the grocery store.
