Don't drive if you had even ONE -- unless you give it time to work through your system. For the average person, one drink (one 8 oz glass of wine, one 12 oz beer, or a mixed drink with 1 oz of hard liquor) requires 1 hour and 15 minutes to get "out of your system." Of course, the more you have, the longer it takes.
Even if it's someone else's fault and they're the more intoxicated of the two, it's not worth the risk of injury to you or someone else (AFLAC!!), damage to your car, the increase on your auto insurance, or the scar on your record if you have had enough to register on a breathalyzer or with a blood alcohol test.
Just don't risk it! Too many other idiots out there who won't be heeding this advice. Don't be one of them! Or else feathers will fly and I'll come out there and hang ya by your wings!
