Here We Go Again

#1 Postby Aslkahuna » Mon May 12, 2003 12:13 am

 We have a wildfire! A fire in the Coronado NF in a remote Canyon near Parker Canyon Lake has already burned 250 acres and is still growing. The good news, the winds are not strong. The bad news is that we are expecting hotter weather and the humidity is getting drier than Lizards Lips. The fire is obviously human caused. Given the area where it started, the fire was probably started by one of Vicente's people. They
are bringing in 4 aircraft and additional crews to use against the fire
tomorrow. Great fun! NOT!

Vicente's People

#3 Postby Aslkahuna » Mon May 12, 2003 2:37 am

don't give a crap what they do to our Public (or Private) on our side of the Border. If they don't trash it and destroy the environment they burn it. It gets cold at night in the highlands of Santa Cruz and Cochise County this time of year (urban temps in the 40's, temps in the hinterlands down in the 20's and 30's) so they start fires to keep warm. never mind the fact that both the fires and their presence here are totally ILLEGAL. This is all part of the sieve we jokingly call the Border. Saddam doesn't need to escape to Syria, if he can make it to Mexico he can get into this Country with his whole Fedayeen undetected and unscathed and the Advocacy groups would consider them as nothing more than poor downtrodden people desperate for work. Some day we will pay a very steep price for our stupidity with regards to Border Security.

AMEN Steve! An article in Thursday edition of the Az Republic stated that there are now over 1850 "ESTIMATED* illegals entering in this country every single day! Now how the H*** can they be sure that out of those 1850 that there aren't more terrorist coming in. I've always said, take 5 billion $'s out of the defense budget, build a 15 foot tall cinder block fence the whole length of the border, with the footers embedded some 15 feet down to prevent digging under, electrify the top wire with 20,000 volts and let them try to sneak in then!

The Number

#5 Postby Aslkahuna » Mon May 12, 2003 2:59 pm

probably represents the numbers in AZ only and only those who are caught. It's estimated that only one in five is caught. Since about 300,000 are caught in the BP's Tucson ALONE per year the math would show the real impact of the problem. In all of Cochise County, there's only ONE public hospital with a Maternity ward and that's here in Sierra Vista. Costs of taking care of Vicente's people (which the Courts have ordered) which are unreimbursed by Uncle Stupid are destroying medical services down here. There's a citizen's group that patrols the Border with RC model planes equipped with TV cameras and they show the hoards of illegals just jogging along with no one around to catch-one recent group of 7 even had their pet dog with them (as if we needed another potential Rabies carrier in this County). They post these images live on their web page so that the American people can see their security going down the crapper with their own eyes.

Ya know, I feel sorry for these ppl, really, I've been in to the interior of Mexico where conditions are BEYOND poverty level, it makes you sick to see this HOWEVER......as you said, and I've said before, it's ruining the health care system of Az, hell, we have a hard enough time keeping up with our own down trodden let alone taking care of 2000+ per day illegals!

You know Mexico isn't interested in stopping them from coming over. They work in the US and send hard US currency back into Mexico. If we don't close the borders we have no one to blame but iurselves. :-(

that blows no good. Forestry Officials report that the A-Bar fire near Parker Canyon Lake destroyed an estimated 400 pounds of bundled Marijuana left behind by smugglers.

Parker Canyon Fire

Ah ha, the smuggler's blues...not only do we get contraban, we also get an ariel tattoo from the charred remains that are slurry bombed by the Forest Service. We saw the video tonight on the news - - at least one plane still looks like it's up and running. Any word on the remainder of the 'grounded' birds due to mechanical issues or are we beyond that already... 100+ degrees should be here by next week so says NOAA... Here comes the fryer...

Well Freinds,
I've been posting up about this for literally years..
I've got a real good handle on what is going on down here..as I have crossed the Nogales border no less than 200 times in the past 9 years. On my way to Puerto Penasco(Rocky Point),San Carlos,Guaymas,Bahia Kino,
Mazatlan,Manzanillo,Yucatan,Los Cabos,Mexico City,ACA,Yucatan Pen,Cancun,Quintana Roo,etc.
This has been on foot, aircraft, sailing vessel,car/suv.
I know the drill.I know all the 'tricks' that go on.The payoffs, the Drug Cartels of Sinaloa..They actually build churches and schools, fountains, patios, squares.feed poor people..YES the DRUG CARTELS..and they are PROTECTED by not only the local Churches.which in Mexico are the high local authority behind the old "PRI Federales'...which are PAID OFF for protection BY the CARTELS.
The main Cocaine feedline and meth/mescaline routes used to be from Peru and Colombia into Key West/ Opa Locka,FLA until post 09-11 when the open waters cluttered so,Coast Guard started using GUN SHIPS to fire them off beam. This is TRUE.Board/Search and IF a distress call went out past the 12nm Intl Waters limits..oh well!Castros Flotilla..created by?Uncle Stupid.
Jimmy Carter tried to vocalize the abuse of the Coast Guard action.WRONG.Jimmy knows better.HE afterall was a Friggin NAVAL Officer fer crissakes!Liberals!UGGGH!
The main function of the CG is NOT to assist, but to REsist during times of Natl Security..Naval Act.Duh.
Now..that that line has been shut down.Opa Locka was absorbed by MIA Airport Authority, the radars were picking up any Gen Av aircraft inbound below Radar.55ft off the deck..or when they would not respod to RF sig.No transponder..no get in.
We downed many a Cessna or DC-3 and made them permanant residents of the Coral Reef.Ya dont here about this very much on CNN folks.
It got so bad a few years ago,the off shore racing Cigarrette Boats..capable of carrying 'Mucho Producto'(Weed) at speeds exceeding 80Kts the CG started using Helos. Not good..since REAL distress calls had to wait...and funding wasgetting scarce..until 09-11 which saved the CG(Coast Guard).
The 'Med' cartels of Baranquilla and Bogata had to find a new way in.
MEXICO.Via?? TUCSON/PHXfor Coke/Meth/Mesc ranked now #1.
WEED?#2.Nice eh?
How do you think a city the size of Tucson can have per capita crime/murder rates on a par with NY,DETor MIA???PHX has Mucho crime.
The Barrios are infested with Coyotes, runners.day runners and truck/rail runners to cities like SF,PDX.SEA.DEN/ORD/DTW/CLE/LGA/ etc via?Produce Companies. They litter the NOGALES border.Ever wonder how so many trucking companies can exist in that small a sector? They are all thriving and its not from Naranjas(Oranges) only!!!DRUGOS!
That is the staple of a downtrodden wasted economic system not designed to supprt a pop of 100+mill in Mexico. There is your Hard Currency.
The peasants are left out of the loop..until the cousin in TUC or PHX brings them 'onboard' in the Biz Familia de Drugos..some start at 12 yrs old..younger.Weapons,streetlife,big bucks, crime.Horrible mess.
The Border Patrol is a Joke.Go with the 'White Shirts'..never the 'Blue'.
The White shirts are GOV+ Supervisors hauling in 70_+K yr easy.
The Blue Shirts are trainees traind to hassle little old ladies from Iowa on how namy bottles of Booze they can legally bring in Duty Free from the UETA(de El Paso)store. You see, they want to be supervisors.

...And, YES, folks; lowly little Sikeston, MO is a "major" (according to the DEA) transportation and distribution hub for everything going north and east (Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, etc.) from points south (E.E.U.U. de Mexico, Colombia, etc.). I-55 north-south and I-57-60 going west-east-northeast...and that intersection is but five minutes away by car from the spot upon which I'm typing this.

Those three black helicopters hangared 3 miles due east of me are rarely at rest...and neither is the Multi-Force Drug Interdiction Unit recently authorized from the Federal, State and county/city "public safety" departments from Cape Girardeau to Poplar Bluff to the Arkansas border.

Not so much ground to cover, if you look on a map...but there's a lot going on around here. Too damn much.

I think there will be a major outbreak of violence along the Border as locals get fed up with Federal inaction and the Bleeding Heart Liberals and start taking out illegals. In actuality, there have already been exchanges of gunfire across the Border between US Federal Officers between not only Smugglers but Mexican Federal Officers (including their military). We have 74k troops in Germany-we should bring them here and put them along the Border and patrol it with M1A1's, Bradleys, Blackhawks and AH-64's along with Hellfire equipped Predators and show Vicente's people some REAL firepower and Border enforcement.

I am very sorry to hear about the fire situation and I sincerly hope there are no more.

I get extremly angry when I hear about illegal's in this country! It is nearly impossible to get into the USA legally because of the strain the illegal's put on the system!!! AAAAHHH I could scream (sorry about that!) They really do make it next to impossible for someone like me who has a family who pays tax etc and asks for nothing in return but a safe place to live! I say send them packing the same way I will be sent packing if my papers are not approved..I desperately want to have another child, but will not do that unless I can afford it, I do not consider it fair to dump my financial problems on a country I am not a citizen of! Sorry to vent in your thread, but this topic is close to home for me.

After the bombings in Riyadh yesterday by your friendly neighborhood Al Quaida knowing this is downright FRIGHTENING!! I've had conversations back and forth with both Steve and donald about this since 9/11. Think about it folks!! If only 1/8 of those making it across in AZ are of the coward(I refuse to call them terrorists)ilk then we are talking 25 per day! Multiply that by 4 more state borders, of which Texas' is hundreds of miles long, and without changing numbers relative to the length of the border of each state we are now talking 100/day!! Gee, I wonder how many sleeper cells there are in the US?? HHHMMMM, sounds to me like Riyadh could be minor compared to what might happen again here on our own soil! don't anyone jump me about calling the Riyadh bombings minor, just making a point!

we could put a massive armed presence on the Border now or we can wait until after we bury the thousands killed by attacks perpetrated by those crossing our Border with impunity.

Wonder what Asa Hutchinson's plan will be for our area... As you know he's installing cameras and more personnel up North. I'm sure he's been briefed and that many Agencies will get [more] involved, plus the contractors and advisors will be in for planning and operations. We need all the help down here to protect not only the borders but the citizens at large.
