To much going on!!!!!

#1 Postby Amanzi » Thu Jan 20, 2005 11:30 am

Hi guys,

Sorry I have been absent of late, but I have had a few bombs lobbed at me.

My folks are in a really bad situation at the moment, and are facing the threat of becoming homeless... literally they have no place to stay. Im just trusting in the Lord to do a mighty work in this situation. Please remember them in your prayers.

I also got notified by my lawyer that our labor certification case to get our green cards would take another 2 years, by that time our visa's would expire and we would have to go back to South Africa. The good news is however they have launched a new process called PERM... which takes only 45-60 days to process.. problem is we now have to go through advertising job positions and re-gathering a WHOLE bunch of paper work and tax stuff and of course we have to come up with close to $7500.00 by the end of February!!!!!!!!! I once again am relying on the Power of God to undertake for us, because as it stands right now our bank account just does not have that kind of money in it.

Top it off with 2 sick kids AGAIN.. and well Im just a little frazzled.

Please keep me in your prayers... I need supernatural strength here just to open my eyes in the morning... Im so greatful though that I can hand all this over to my Father in heaven and have him carry the load.

I'm with you and you and yours are in my thoughts and prayers. Seems like more than a few of us are facing what seems to be more than our fair share of trials and tribulations!

As you know, God will NEVER give us more than we can handle! As many trials and tribulations as I have made it through, I am grateful for the hindsight to say "thanks" for the lesson that made me stronger. As the trouble brews, our souls become warriors. You WILL make it through and you will come out on the other side even closer to God than before. God Bless you my friend and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks all for the thoughts and prayers.

Sandi you are so right, even over the past few weeks I have had to do some serious seroius searching for God's will, and having the privelage of being drawn closer to the Lord. Through all this I have learned that through all trials it is an honor just to praise God and be thankful for what I have. There is nothing to difficult for Him to do. The test for me is hanging onto that and not becoming dispondant, as well as having the faith to believe that He will not lead me in a direction that is not His will.

Sandi you are a true testiment to how God can give us courage and strength in times when we need it most.

GOD IS JUST SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!!

His peace and grace have abounded with me the last few days. I have had to learn to just hand it over.... ALL of it.

Prayers have been answered! We got the FULL deposit amount for the lawyer, and I have no doubt that when time comes for the rest of the payment God will provide that to! Praise his precious name!
