SOAP

#1 Postby sunny » Fri Jan 21, 2005 5:31 pm

Anyone out there remember the sitcom SOAP? It's one of my all-time favorites! Seasons 1 and 2 are available on DVD, with season 3 soon to be released :D

I loved SOAP, it was really a funny show. Where have you found the DVD's?

Have you ever watched "Are You Being Served" an old British sit com on the public television station here in Mississippi. I crack up when the lady talks about taking care of her pussy.....her cat. And the gay guy is a trip along with the lady with the cat she has blue or purple hair sometimes, really cracks me up.

You can find the SOAP DVDs at Best Buy! I love when they have the SOAP marathons on TVLAND. I don't move from the tv!!

I have never seen "Are You Being Served". Do they play this on TVLand as well?

I used to love that show SOAP when I was growing up. My mom and I never missed an episode.

I never watched Soap, although I did watch the spin-off Benson.

Norman Lear spoof of soap operas - came out just before SOAP. It was very off the wall and daring. Funny, but in a quirky way.
