Gluten free diet and recipes?
I'm seriously considering going gluten free in my diet. Does anyone have any good recipes for this kind of lifestyle change?

Tazzy - sorry, I don't have any gluten free recipes myself and only vaguely understand all of this anyway.
But I do browse and used to post on WebMD's message boards. One in particular has had the benefits of going gluten free come up on it's board in the past - the digestive disorder board. You could do a search there. I don't think you'd find actual recipes but rather posts from people who have gone gluten free and how good they feel afterwards.

There is a test to see if you have trouble digesting gluten isn't there? Just curious....

There's a brand called Red Mill (I think) that makes an assortment of gluten-free flours...mostly made from rice or chickpeas. The generic bread dough they make is EXCELLENT for pizza crust or any kind of rolls. I would imagine most larger markets or groceries carry gluten-free products in a natural foods section. I bet you could find a lot if you traveled down to Bloomington.
