Jury deadlocked on on charge of solicitation to commit murder but has reached verdicts on the other solicitation and murder charges. I would assume a guilty verdict on those two.....

It hasn't really been covered as heavily in the media as MJ, MS, and SP.

I agree, Marshall. I doubt there will be an acquital.

Not sure... I'll find more later... I bet some of it was the gun residue... circumstantial evidence...

This case never should have been brought to court to start with. I am so happy.

*snicker* No, I meant in your mind...what was the reasonable doubt that you had in regards to his guilt...since you agreed with the verdict.

Too much evidence was circumstancial.
I suspected he would be found guilty because he was a celeb. Unlike some of the other celeb cases, Blake was not exactly "current" or beloved. I'm actually a little surprised, but think, from what I did gather from watching court TV, the evidence implicated him, but was not beyond reasonable doubt.

I have to admit I'm surprised. I really expected a guilty verdict.

Robert Blake was innocent of the crime of murder. The gun used emitted over 3000 gsr particles and Robert Blake had four or five and one of those particles was incomplete. The gun used was covered in oil and jammed when the murderer tried to fire the third time. Robert Blake had no oil on his hands or clothes. McLarty and Hamilton are not credible witnesses (brain damage from drugs). Bonny Lee Bakley was married so many times they can not get a correct count. The first marriage was to a man that needed to get married to stay in the country. She left with everything he owned after a couple of days and he was deported. The thousands of scams that she ran make the suspects in her murder numerous. I believe that Robert Blake was framed.

One year ago, today -- Blake was acquited, while Peterson was sentenced to death.
