Phil Donahugh at NC State Graduation

#1 Postby fixitmhn » Tue May 20, 2003 9:21 am

Was anybody else at the NCSU Graduation this past weekend when Phil Donahugh spoke (see all the news reports) or was I the only lucky or unlucky one there! He used it as a political forum to speak about liberalism. My son received his PhD in Chemical Engineering then, and Donahugh's speech really ruined the graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, we will remember this graduation, not for my son's accomplishments, but for Donahugh's speech.

Actually i go there, but i wasn't there :) Don't graduate for a few more years. Oh and by the way there is another thread down the page that someone started about this. It has "NC" in the title if you want to read it.

Thanks Perry,
He worked hard for it. Now he just has to find a job, but he has several opportunities around the country. We'll see where he ends up!
God Bless,
Marvin
