The Apprentice Final Four
Next week, original Booksmarks teammates Alex and Kendra will be partners again. Meanwhile, streetsmarts Tana and Craig, who have both been teamed together throughout all the switches and trades, have had sucessful projects for the past 6 weeks in a row and for a total of 8 weeks out of the 13 so far.
I think a woman might walk away with the title this time and my guess is Tana.

I love this show!!!!!! Anyway, here is my analysis/opinion...from best to least chance of winning.
Alex-- Even though he's been involved in losses the past 3 weeks, he's should still be considered a front-runner. He murdered Bryn in the boardroom last night, and I think his comments regarding risk-taking really resonated w/the Don. If they have the interview setup like they did last season, Alex will do the best there....I think he's a slight favorite over Tana.
Tana-- She is a remarkable leader and has done well as project manager throughout the show. I think her success has been so well that it may hinder her slightly. I think that "boardroom" exposure is good and the fact that she hasn't been there in over a month may hurt her. I could definitely see her winning, but she's going to have to outshine Alex.
Kendra-- If Kendra were more assertive, she would be the favorite. She is by far the most creative of the final four. Her exclusivity agreements that she made the ice rink sign awhile back was pure genius, and her Pontiac marketing piece was unbelievable. I just don't think she has the fight in her to go all the way. She's shown that she can be bullied and Trump doesn't like that at all.
Craig-- Craig has absolutely no chance. He does have a good dose of creativity, but his leadership skills are pretty much garbage. He sounds like Jeff Foxworthy on pot, and his presentation skills are not sharp at all (that's why he defers to Tana). His bickering with Kendra will not help him at all in the boardroom, and the only reason he's gotten this far is because of his teammates success. Once again, he has no chance.

Craig will probably go next, then Alex. Tana/Kendra final two. Kendra showed remarkable leadership last week but she's very confrontational(negative). Tana is a strong, UNDEFEATED leader, and avoids conflict(positive).
I hear Kendra's going through a nasty divorce and the producers are worried about a scandal... That tells me she makes it far.
Interviews are at Final 3 this season BTW. Next week is a task.

Wow, the previews on the NBC webpage were deceptive. I thought it would be Alex and Kendra against Craig and Tana this week.
How 'bout that boardroom???
Yeah, buddy! Tana told him like it is -- I've got the winning record, Mr. Trump. That was so cool! I was worried at first. When they left so Trump could discuss with Carolyn and George, it sounded like she was a goner. I said, she's got to pull something out of her hat when they go back in and she needs to mention how well she's done overall. He just HAS to take that into consideration.
And he did!
Aveo, I think she definitely outshined Alex, like you said she needed to do. She admitted that she didn't do well this go around, but she stuck to her guns in defending her strengths.
Hooowaaah! Go Tana!

Kendra and Craig's marketing move was brilliant last night. Since she's from Boynton Beach, I'm rooting for her; however, her demeanor and almost constant "pinched" facial expressions are making my loyality wear somewhat thin. Although Tana (and Alex) really flubbed the assignment she also had the balls to (a)stick to a plan she knew was worthwhile [the beading] even though it seemed like a waste of time, (b)concede her equal part in their marketing failure, and (c)remind Trump of her otherwise great record while in the boardroom. Plus, Tana looks like a winner, much more positive, poised, and confident than Kendra. I'm torn!

Trump was smart...he based his decision on overall performance, not just this one task.
Tana will really have to screw up to lose now. I just don't see Kendra or Craig as an apprentice. I'm sure he'll fire one of them over Tana unless she does something completely disastrous in the next couple of weeks.
Did anyone notice how, this time, Trump said, "Sorry...you're fired" when he fired Alex. I don't think he's ever apologized before when he fired someone. I did think Alex was a stronger contender to make it to the final boardroom with Tana. If they hadn't lost this task, I'm sure both would have gone on to the end.

Good points! IMO, the final two will be Kendra and Tana. Craig is a royal pain and basically useless imo. I have not seen him be positive about anythign with anyone yet. It is always "no one wants to listen to me" Wah!! Wah!! I have seen not brilliant moves on his part or him pushing hard if he thinks he is not being listened to. Basically a whiner, imo.

I was crossing my fingers that Alex would be the one to go last night. He always tries to make himself look better, when in actuality he is not much better than the other. It caught up to him this time.
Kendra will probably lose because she is annoying, a brat, and likes to throw temper tantrums.
Craig will probably lose because he is bad at delegating and planning.
Go Tana! :-D

So much for Alex being the favorite!!!
Galveston, I totally agree with you...I think he would've rather fired someone else besides Alex last night, but he really had no choice. I knew Alex thought he could bully Tana, but she came through in the nick of time!!
I love giving the candidates nicknames...here are mine for the final three.
Tana "The Bedazzeling Sweetheart"
Kendra "I'm Scared of my own Shadow"
Craig "The Piggybacker" (his main reason for being in the final three is being on Tana's team)
I think Tana is the favorite, but I wouldn't count Kendra out just yet. Kendra has excellent ideas(the Pontiac brochure was brillant) and if she improves on her leadership skills, she may actually defeat Tana. I just don't think Kendra has the assertiveness to be a true leader, but we will see.
Craig has a very minimal chance, but I think he will do better now that he's by himself. He does have a strong creative side (remember the box at Home Depot) and he does have the assertiveness to do well in the boardroom. However, his scuffles w/Kendra will haunt him, and he has very little to point to that will prove his worthiness.
Overall, Tana definitely has the best shot.
