Eeeek...History

#1 Postby James » Mon May 02, 2005 3:26 pm

I've got myself a big history course essay tomorrow. It happens during school hours, and we have one and a half hours in which to complete it. We have one on Wednesday as well. I'm feeling really quite nervous about the whole thing. I don't like exams, lol. Hopefully it will go OK, but still...

Wish me luck, lol.

Whats it on? I took my AMH 2020 final which consisted of 2 essays and one was on WW2 and the other was something about racial tension in the early 1900's, but I put so much into the WW2 essay that I still pulled an A- with the 2nd one being about 10 sentences long!!

Just remember these...

Boudicca good, Suetonius bad
Simon de Montfort superhero, Edward "Longshanks" evil personified
York good, Lancaster bad, Tudor ugly
Oliver Cromwell diabolically possessed, Charles II a Godsend
Hanover bad, Stuart good
Neville Chamberlain idiot, Winston Churchill, savior of the Realm
Treacle pudding inedible, Haggis even worse

OK?

What part of history are u studying? It's a fascinating topic, really. 1 semester is not nearly long enough to cover world history, but I got what I could from it.

It was about the Weimar Republic in Germany following World War One. I think it went OK, actually. :)
