firing quad is too lenient for them.

Bring back burning at the stake.

The constitution says punnishment cannot be cruel <b>AND</b> unusual, not or. If we make this the standard, then it should be legal

Well, burning at the stake nowadays would be cruel AND unusual... so the point is mute.

I can think of a lot of cruel and unusual punishment for them....Too bad I'm not the Judge. I would release them and let the public take care of them. You can bet they would be better punished by the public than our judicial system.
