Sexual Predator in Florida removes bracelet

A sexual predator in Florida removed his bracelet and is missing. Surely they have technology to inject some kind of gps device which can't be removed. I pray they find him quickly before he hurts another child.

Lets keep them locked up and we wont have to worry about tracking them.
