'Puter question...

#1 Postby streetsoldier » Tue Jun 07, 2005 7:23 pm

Just recently, our Windows XP Home has been evidencing a slight problem; when we want to open a window to a new webpage, it comes on-screen "minimized".

Before, any site changes came up "full screen", and we'd like to return it to that status. Any ideas as to what to do? (Note: since we're not sure when this started, a "system restore" is out of the question.)

reszie the new screen to the length desired when it pops up and then that should solve the problem

We're doing that now...but we would like to reset the system to "full screen". This, we don't know how to do. :larrow:

try this, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and click Restore Defaults on the bottom right.

the other option is to depress the F11 key to toggle between full size and regular size web pages...

When it is open at max size to keep that size go to the File in the upper ledt corner and click on it. choose the Exit choice. The next time that window is opened it should be at the max size.
